SMS / text messaging terms
- Program. Growthlink / Automated Acquisition SMS program.
- Messages you’ll receive. Appointment and strategy-call confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiries, case studies and resources you request, and occasional offers about our done-for-you client acquisition program.
- Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirming message and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. For information on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Use of our services
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our sites and services only for lawful purposes. All content on our sites is owned by Growthlink and may not be reproduced without permission.
No guarantee of results
Any performance figures or examples shown are illustrative and are not a guarantee of specific results. Program-specific guarantees, if any, are set out in your individual service agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthlink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites or services.
